This isn’t a new insight. But such is the ego and security – driven attachment to Big Change that it needs frequent re-emphasis. Change can no longer be about leaving a rough patch and moving everyone to a happier place (v1 below) via Dave Gray.
The mind set and organising principles of version 2 need to be about the space and energy to experiment across a series of ventures, some of which may only pay back in increased learning and better relationships. Change little and often.
